Unlocking there is no noise as normal.

Anyone have any ideas and how much would it cost or is a simple thing to fix. This feature is not available right now. Why is it making this noise does anyone know. When i lock the door from the outside using the key fob it makes a mechanical whining crunchy noise inside the driver door.

The central locking is making a loud grind noise everytime i go to lock the car using the remote key. My car has broken rr door lock but steps are similar. Whn i lock it using the lock button between the seats it locks without noise. Nissan micra 04 3 door.
